Ask before purchasing

For a refund request, cancellation or rescheduling question, use the support form. Include the email used for the order and, if applicable, the appointment date or order reference. Do not include card numbers.

Digital products

Check exactly which format you are purchasing. The $4.95 ebook does not include the audiobook. If an order or download does not appear, check the payment status and receipt before placing a second order, then contact support.

Coaching sessions

Booking a time and paying $197 are separate steps. If you need to change or cancel a time, use the appointment provider’s options when available or contact support. A payment receipt does not by itself verify that an appointment has been confirmed.
