Terms & Purchase Information

Resources and coaching

The book, audio and coaching resources provide educational support. They are not emergency services or a substitute for personal medical care. Individual experiences and outcomes vary.

Product selection

The ebook is $4.95 and does not include the audiobook. Audiobook + Calm Journal is $27. The ebook + audiobook bundle is $31.95. The advertised coaching session is $197. Review the selected product and the amount shown in the payment provider’s checkout before submitting payment. If they differ, stop and contact support.

Orders and appointments

A website visit, contact-form submission or calendar selection does not confirm payment. Payment status must be checked through the payment provider. Booking and payment are separate steps for coaching. Use the same email for both and contact support if you are uncertain about either status.

Questions before purchase

For product, delivery, refund, cancellation or support questions, contact support before purchasing. Also read the refund and cancellation information. This page does not promise a response time, delivery time or refund window that has not been confirmed.
